This premium coaching package includes a 1-hour athlete onboarding session (virtual or in-person), a fully customized weekly training plan and strength program focused on injury prevention, unlimited plan adjustments, weekly workout analysis, and ongoing education to support your growth. You’ll also receive a weekly 30-minute coaching call, unlimited text and email communication, a premium TrainingPeaks account, and potential race day support.
This coaching package includes bi-weekly 30-minute mental performance sessions, a PDF version of the Breaking Through DBT-based workbook, weekly self-guided exercises, and email support for quick questions in between sessions.
